Explosiveness Camp

Designed for multi-sport athletes in soccer, football, basketball, track, tennis, and more. Every session is structured, coached, and tracked.

Schedule & Format

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday · 8:30–10:00 AM
  • July 6 – August 7, 2026 · 5 weeks · 15 sessions
  • West Palm Beach, FL - permitted facility
  • Small group: 10 athletes maximum
  • Weekly performance tracking every session
  • End-of-camp progress report for every athlete
  • Up to 2 make-up sessions included

Sprint Mechanics

Arm drive, hip extension, ground contact - the technical fundamentals that separate fast athletes from those who just work hard.

The first 3–5 steps are where games are won. We train athletes to explode out of any starting position.

Practice alone does not guarantee results. Young athletes need proper coaching, quality reps, and consistent feedback. Every sprint, jump, landing, and cut should be coached with intention.

Early Morning Sessions

Sessions run 8:30–10:00 AM to avoid peak heat hours and reduce heat stress risk.

Athlete Requirements

Athletes must arrive already hydrated and bring their own water bottle. Pre-session hydration is essential for performance and safety in the South Florida heat.

Shaded Rest Periods

Recovery intervals happen in the shade. Rest is programmed, not earned.

Readiness Check-Ins

Every session begins with a check-in. Athletes experiencing dizziness, nausea, or unusual fatigue stop immediately.

Hydration Supplied On-Site

Gatorade, water, and electrolytes are provided at every session. Structured hydration breaks are built into every session without exception.

Permitted Facility

Training takes place at a permitted high school facility with proper space for all drills.
