I don't want students to simply memorize facts. I want them to understand concepts from first principles. We keep asking why and how until the mechanism makes sense. The goal is to teach you to think like the AAMC, not just recognize patterns.

Session Structure

What a Session
Looks Like.

Every session runs 1 hour and 15 minutes and follows the same intentional flow, so no time is wasted.

First 10–15 Minutes

Check In

  • Talk through motivation, energy, stress, confidence, and consistency
  • Review what got done since last session
  • Go over questions written down during independent studying
  • Identify the biggest struggle before instruction begins
Next 45–50 Minutes

Teach & Apply

  • Teach high-yield concepts with understanding over memorization
  • Use MCAT passages, UWorld-style questions, AAMC logic, and real examples
  • Explain concepts back to lock in understanding
  • Identify weaknesses immediately and reinforce with active recall
Final 10–15 Minutes

Plan & Lock In

  • Review the biggest takeaways
  • Build an action plan and assign specific homework
  • Set measurable goals before the next session
  • End with encouragement and confidence-building
