The Program
Designed for multi-sport athletes in soccer, football, basketball, track, tennis, and more. Every session is structured, coached, and tracked.
What We Train
This is not a summer conditioning camp. Every drill is selected, coached, and tracked to build real athletic ability.
Arm drive, hip extension, ground contact - the technical fundamentals that separate fast athletes from those who just work hard.
The first 3–5 steps are where games are won. We train athletes to explode out of any starting position.
Sharp cuts, efficient transitions, and reactive movement skills built for real in-game situations.
Structured progressive loading to build elastic strength, vertical power, and reactive ability safely.
Deceleration and landing control - essential for injury prevention and transferring power efficiently.
Weekly measurement of key metrics so athletes and parents see real, documented progress from Week 1 to Week 6.
Coaching Philosophy
Practice alone does not guarantee results. Young athletes need proper coaching, quality reps, and consistent feedback. Every sprint, jump, landing, and cut should be coached with intention.

Each enrolled athlete gets their own private dashboard tracking their personal progress in sprint times, acceleration, and jump performance. Only you and your family see your numbers.

Sessions run 8:30–10:00 AM to avoid peak heat hours and reduce heat stress risk.
Athletes must arrive already hydrated and bring their own water bottle. Pre-session hydration is essential for performance and safety in the South Florida heat.
Recovery intervals happen in the shade. Rest is programmed, not earned.
Every session begins with a check-in. Athletes experiencing dizziness, nausea, or unusual fatigue stop immediately.
Gatorade, water, and electrolytes are provided at every session. Structured hydration breaks are built into every session without exception.
Training takes place at a permitted high school facility with proper space for all drills.
